Our Story

A Canadian-based non-profit

Pathfinders was birthed in 2005 as a cross-Canada network creating small, grass-roots communities discovering principles from the Bible.

In 2015, spearheaded by Ragnar (below), we began to build websites exploring the Biblical story and engaging with questions commonly asked about it. This online venture we called GospelOnWeb (GOW).

Knowing that online communities can be established anywhere on the globe, and realizing that most people on the planet do not speak English as their mother tongue, we arranged resources to translate our websites into the major languages of the world, as well as more intentionally placing the Biblical story within the major cultures of the world.

Today we partner with charities from coast to coast, working with translators and educators around the world, as well as youth across Canada for summer job positions expanding the languages or the technology used by GOW.
